Non-Custom Products: For any non-customized products, we offer exchanges for a similar or equal item or store credit. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the steps below:

- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs of the item being exchanged, as well as the shipping cost for the new exchange item.
- Shop Credit Option:

- If you prefer not to receive an exchange, we can offer shop credit for the value of the returned product instead. The shop credit will be issued once we have received the returned item.
- Mistakes on Our End:

- If we made a mistake with your order (e.g., incorrect item, damaged product, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a replacement item or a full refund based on your preference.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:

- Item will be inspected to ensure it is in its new, unused condition before issuing an exchange product or store credit.
